We are looking for an experienced person, who will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall goals of the Organization. The job holder will work closely with the Senior management team for HR policies and practices align with its business objectives Further, the job holder will be responsible for enhancing business / functional performance through appropriate advice and facilitation of robust, integrated people management strategies and processes. The job holder will oversee all functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development.
Requirement and Skills:
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in professional-level Human Resources.
An experienced HR professional with sound technical skills and appropriate industry experience.
