Mr. Zia Ul Haq:
Mr. Zia did matric in 1967 from Happy Home, main campus and Intermediate from DJ Science College then proceeded to USA for higher studies in early 70s where he Studied Electronics Engineering Technology and graduated in 1976 from University of Houston, Texas, USA. After Graduation he did MBA from Houston, Texas. He came back to serve Pakistan in 1984 and joined Jaffer Brothers, started with technical and then Sales job and then Marketing manager. He then elevated to General Manager in 2005, he is currently heading the IT division of Jaffer Brothers with strength of 350 staff in the capacity of Director Operations. His major accomplishment was ID card project – NADRA, one of the largest IT projects in Pakistan, besides many other projects of National importance
Mr. Rahim Ramzan Hirani:
Mr. Hirani studied studied in level 5th, 6th & 7th from Happy Home School and he finished his higher education in Dallas & Houston, Texas. He did complete his Nursing degree of RPN through University Of Houston. Now he does practice his nursing degree with designation of a Registered Practical Nurse.
As an RPN, he had worked in various different units such as Medicine, Orthopedic, Neuro -muscular, ICU, Emergency, Post-Op & Palliative care unit. He has lived most of his life abroad which can be divided between Saudia, Pakistan, Canada & US. Presently he resides in Dallas, TEXAS with my parent’s and rest of family.
Mr. Nadeem Uraizee:
After graduating from Happy Home School in 1982, Nadeem attended Adamjee College, followed NED University in Karachi where he studied Electronics Engineering. Since then he joined Ericsson, working globally in countries including Singapore, Sweden, Ireland and then the United States, where he served as the Senior Business Development Executive until 2005. In 2005, Nadeem also completed his Masters in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix in California. He then joined Nokia Siemens Networks as Head Director of Real-time Database Account in Seattle, Washington, where he also does Telecom Consulting and resides with his wife and three children.
Admiral Shahid Karimullah:
Mr. Shadid took his early years education from Happy Home School and qualified his Secondary School Certificate in 1963 from Cantt Public School Karachi and qualified Higher Secondary School Certificate from D J Sind Govt. College Karachi in the year 1965.
He joined Pakistan Navy as cadet in October 1965 and earned his permanent commission in JUNE 1969. In Pakistan Navy he served in various command and staff appointments. The staff appointments of significance are (at NHQ) Director of Signals, Director of Operations, Asst. Chief of Naval Operations and Dy. Chief of Naval Staff Operations. Served as Chief of Staff to Fleet Commander. He also served as Additional Secretary at Ministry of Defence and Directing Staff in National Defence University. As personal staff he served as Flag Lieutenant (ADC) to two Chief’s Of Naval Staff. His command appointments included command of two Gearing Class Destroyers, Gun Boats (during 1971 war), Pakistan Navy shore establishment PNS Himalaya and Pakistan Navy Fleet Commander. He was appointed as Chief of the Naval Staff in October 2002 and retired after completion of 3 years in this appointment in October 2005. His total service in Navy was 18 days short of 40 years.
In February 2006 he was sent as Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia from where he retired in 2009 after completing 3 years. His Academic Qualifications are BSc (Hon) and MSc War Studies. His Professional Qualifications are Communication Specialist (UK), US War Course (USA)
He has been awarded Sitara e Jurrat for gallantry in action in 1971 War. His Peace time awards include Sitara e Imtiaz, Hilal e Imtiaz and Nishan e Imtiaz. He has also been honored with awards by the governments of Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Turkey, USA, and France
Presently he is spending his retirement in Karachi. He has been blessed with three sons and 4 grand children.
